Sourcing work for brands that have a product idea and no interest in learning the hard way what "FOB, sample approved" leaves unsaid.
What we do
Four stages, in order. Each one produces something written down — a specification, an assessment, a signed-off sample, an inspection report — so that when something goes wrong later there is a document to argue from rather than a memory of a phone call.
Product definition
Turning "something like this, but cheaper and in blue" into a specification a factory can actually quote against. Materials, tolerances, finish, packaging, and the compliance marks the destination market expects — written down before anyone is asked for a price.
Supplier development
Finding factories that already build something adjacent to your product, then assessing whether they can build yours. We look at the equipment on the floor and the work in progress, not the capability slide deck.
Sampling and iteration
Golden sample development, revision rounds against a written checklist, and a signed-off reference unit that later production is measured against. Nothing moves to volume without a physical sample approved by you.
Production follow-up
Order placement, milestone tracking, and pre-shipment inspection against the checklist agreed at sampling. You get the inspection findings as they are — including the batches that should not ship.
What we do not do
Worth reading before the first call. A sourcing agency that claims to cover everything from concept to your customer’s doorstep is either subcontracting most of it or doing several parts badly.

- Warehousing, storage, and order fulfilmentWe are not a logistics provider. Once goods ship, they go to whoever you have appointed for that.
- Freight forwarding and customs clearanceThese need a licensed forwarder and broker. We work alongside yours; we do not replace them.
- Certifying that a product is compliantWe can specify the marks a market expects and coordinate testing at an accredited lab. The certificate comes from the lab, not from us.
- Owning your tooling or your supplier relationshipTooling you paid for is yours, and supplier contacts are handed over on request. An agency that hides the factory is protecting itself, not you.
How it runs
Projects are quoted per stage, not as an open retainer. You can stop after the specification if the numbers do not work — and quite reasonably should, because that is the stage where the numbers become real.
